We work to keep product information, descriptions and images accurate, but minor differences may occur and some details are illustrative. If a product differs materially from its description, your statutory rights are not affected.

Placing an order through this website is a request to purchase the selected items; it is not a binding contract until we confirm it.

After you place an order, our team will contact you to confirm availability, the total cost and delivery or installation arrangements. A contract is formed only once we confirm your order.

Please note: we do not collect or process payments through this website. Payment is arranged directly with our team when your order is confirmed.

We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock, if there is a pricing or description error, or if we cannot verify your details. If we cancel a confirmed order, we will let you know.

Prices are shown in Kenyan Shillings (KSh) and may change without notice. Product availability is not guaranteed until your order is confirmed. Where a price is clearly incorrect, we are not obliged to honour it and will confirm the correct price before proceeding.

We deliver across Kenya with free delivery. Delivery timeframes are explained in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Eligible items may be returned in line with our Returns & Refunds Policy. Many products also carry a manufacturer's warranty; we will help you make a valid warranty claim where applicable.
