Returns & Refunds Policy

This policy explains how returns, refunds, replacements and warranty claims work when you order from Giga Team Solutions.
01Our commitment
We want you to be confident in what you buy from Giga Team Solutions. If something isn't right, this policy explains when you can return an item and how we handle refunds, replacements and warranty claims.
02Return window
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the item meets the conditions below. For faults covered by a manufacturer's warranty, the warranty period applies.
03Conditions for a return
To be eligible for a return, the item should be:
- In its original condition, unused and undamaged.
- Complete with all accessories, manuals and free gifts.
- In its original packaging where possible.
- Accompanied by proof of purchase or your order reference.
04Items we can't accept
Some items cannot be returned unless they are faulty, including:
- Items damaged through misuse, incorrect installation or accident.
- Products with broken seals where the seal is essential to the item.
- Custom-configured or specially ordered items.
- Consumables and certain accessories once used.
05How to request a return
Contact us at sales@gigateamsolutions.com or +254 718 811 661 with your order reference and a short description of the issue. Our team will confirm whether your item qualifies and tell you how to return it before you send anything back.
Approved returns are received at our premises: Giga Team Solutions, White Angle House, Rm62, Kenneth Matiba Rd, Nairobi CBD, Nairobi 00100, Kenya. Please do not ship an item back before contacting us.
06Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If an item arrives faulty, damaged or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible — ideally within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement, repair or refund at no extra cost to you once we have confirmed the issue.
07Return shipping costs
If an item is faulty, damaged or different from what you ordered, we cover the cost of returning it and any reshipment.
For returns due to change of mind, you are responsible for the cost of safely returning the item to us.
08Inspection and approval
Returned items are inspected when we receive them. We will let you know whether your return is approved and what happens next. Items that do not meet the conditions above may be sent back to you.
09Refunds and replacements
Once a return is approved, we will arrange a replacement or a refund, depending on your preference and stock availability. Refunds are processed back to you within a reasonable time after approval.
10Warranty claims
Many products carry a manufacturer's warranty against defects. If a fault appears within the warranty period, contact us and we will help you make a valid claim with the manufacturer or service centre. Warranty terms vary by product and brand.
