We keep payment simple: you pay cash on delivery. No payment is taken on this website, and we never ask for your card or bank details online.

When you place an order, our team calls or messages you on WhatsApp to confirm the items, the total and your delivery details. You then pay in cash when your order is delivered to you.

All prices on this website are shown in Kenyan Shillings (KSh).

A flat delivery fee of KSh 300 is added to every order, anywhere in Kenya. It is shown at checkout, so the total you see is the total you pay — there are no hidden charges.

Your total at checkout is the price of your items plus the flat KSh 300 delivery fee. We confirm the full amount with you before delivery, so you know exactly what to pay when your order arrives.

If you return an eligible item, refunds and replacements are handled as set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy. We arrange your refund or replacement once the return has been approved.
