Giga Team Solutions delivers across Kenya — within Nairobi and to towns countrywide. If you are unsure whether we reach your area, contact us and we will confirm.

Once you place an order, our team contacts you to confirm availability and delivery details. Orders confirmed before our daily cut-off are typically dispatched the same working day in Nairobi; orders confirmed later are dispatched the next working day.

As a guide:

• Nairobi and its environs: usually same day or next working day after confirmation.
• Other towns countrywide: usually 24–48 hours after confirmation, depending on location and courier schedules.
• Remote areas may take a little longer; we will keep you updated.

Timeframes are estimates and may vary with stock, location and circumstances beyond our control.

Delivery is free across Kenya — there are no delivery charges added to your order.

After dispatch, we share delivery details so you know when to expect your order. You can also contact us any time for an update using your order reference.

Please make sure someone is available to receive the order at the address provided, and check the items on arrival. If anything is missing, damaged or incorrect, let us know straight away so we can put it right.

If a delivery cannot be completed because no one is available or the address details are incorrect, our courier will attempt to reach you to rearrange. Repeated failed attempts may result in the order being returned to us, and we will arrange re-delivery with you.

Prefer to collect your order yourself? You are welcome to pick it up from us in Nairobi. Contact us to arrange a convenient time once your order is confirmed.

For products that need professional setup, we offer installation by experienced technicians. Installation can be scheduled together with your delivery — just let our team know.
