All times below are in East Africa Time (EAT) — Nairobi. Orders are processed on business days (Monday–Friday).
Order cutoff time
12:00 AM (00:00) — (GMT+03:00) East Africa Time (Nairobi)
Orders placed before 12:00 AM (midnight) Nairobi time are processed the same business day. Orders placed after cutoff are processed the next business day (Mon–Fri). Weekend orders are processed from Monday.
The estimated delivery time is calculated based on when the order was placed (before or after cutoff), the handling time and transit time below. If delivery falls on a public holiday, the estimate is adapted accordingly.
Handling time
1–3 business days (Monday–Friday)
Handling time is the time between the order cutoff following your order and when the shipment is ready for transit (hand-off to carrier). We fulfil orders on weekdays only.
Use 0–0 if the shipment is ready the same day (when the order was placed before the cutoff for that day).
Transit time
4–8 business days — Shipped Monday–Friday
Transit time is the time it takes the carrier to deliver the product to you. Shipments are handed to the carrier on business days (Mon–Fri). Delivery timelines may vary by destination within Kenya.

All destinations: 5–11 business days
Estimated delivery is based on your location, when you placed the order (before or after cutoff), handling time (1–3 days) and transit time (4–8 days). If delivery falls on a public holiday, the estimate is adapted accordingly.
