You have the right to return 7 days after the arrival of your order. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and ensure you have adequate time to inspect and evaluate your product.
Return conditions
To ensure the quality of our products for all customers, the following conditions apply:
- •Products must be in their original, unused condition
- •All original packaging must be intact and included
- •A valid proof of purchase or receipt must accompany the return
- •Only products in NEW condition can be returned; we reserve the right to refuse a return with traces of use
- •Items marked as "Sale" or "Clearance" are final sale and cannot be returned
New = Unopened products in their original packaging and products that have never been used.

- 2.Our team will confirm whether the return qualifies under this policy and advise you on the next steps.
- 3.Bring or send the product — in its original condition and packaging — to our Nairobi office: White Angle House, Rm62 Kenneth Matiba Road, Nairobi.
- 4.For large or installed systems, we may arrange a technician visit to assess the product at your premises.
Return transport costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable courier service for valuable items.
Refund process
