This return policy is valid for the countries: Kenya.

You have the right to return 7 days after the arrival of your order. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and ensure you have adequate time to inspect and evaluate your product.

Return conditions

To ensure the quality of our products for all customers, the following conditions apply:

  • Products must be in their original, unused condition
  • All original packaging must be intact and included
  • A valid proof of purchase or receipt must accompany the return
  • Only products in NEW condition can be returned; we reserve the right to refuse a return with traces of use
  • Items marked as "Sale" or "Clearance" are final sale and cannot be returned

New = Unopened products in their original packaging and products that have never been used.

How to return

The products can easily be returned. The actual return costs are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid to the shipping party. This applies both in the case of dissatisfied products as well as a defective product received.

With most packages the return labels are in the box. If this is not the case, send us an email at sales@gigateamsolutions.com and we will send them digitally. You can then print them and add them to the return package.

Shipping guidelines

  • Returns should be sent directly to our physical location in Nairobi (White Angle House, Rm62 Kenneth Matiba Road, Nairobi)
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for valuable items
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable; return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund amount

Refund process

  • Submit your return with the required documentation (receipt or proof of purchase)
  • Our team will inspect the returned item
  • You will receive a notification about the status of your refund
  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days
  • The amount will be credited back to your original payment method
